PACED RUN PASS
The Paced Run Pass is an access pass into the Half and Full Marathon Training 7:00am/7:30am pace led workouts. Pace passers will follow the Half and Full Marathon Training schedules during the set session for each Saturday workout. The distances offered gradually increase each Saturday. You will be running in a fun, social atmosphere with like minded individuals training for spring, summer and fall distance events here in Rochester. These workouts are pace led by volunteer Pace Leaders.
Session 1: January, 24 2015 - April 18, 2015 Session 2: June 20, 2015 - September 12, 2015 Session 3: October 10, 2015 - January 2, 2016
**Please note the breaks between sessions.
Paced Run Pass Options: Season Pass Includes: all 3 Half and Full Marathon Sessions. Session 1: January 24, 2015 - April 18, 2015; Session 2: June 20, 2015 - September 12, 2015; Session 3: October 10, 2015 - January 2, 2015.
*Please note we will not have paced runs on the following dates due to races/holidays: July 4, July 18, August 8, and September 5, October 31, and December 19, 2015. Fee: for all 3 session $110.00
Session 2 Pass Includes: (June 20 - September 13, 2015) Training session targets the MVP Health Care Rochester Marathon on Sunday, September 20, 2015
*Please note we will not have paced workouts on the following dates due to races/holidays: Juny 4, July 18, August 8, and September 5. Fee: for June 20- September 12, 2015 Session - $55.00
*Please note we do not have paced workouts on the follow dates due to races/holidays: October 31, and December 19. Fee: for October 10, 2015 - January 2, 2016 Session - $55.00 Paces offered for Session 1, 2, and 3: 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00 and 15:00
Kate the Training Program Coordinator will send you weekly emails that include the dates, locations, routes, and distances for the Saturday paced workouts. **Please note workout cancellations dates are subject to change at anytime, training workouts & distances offered are based around the training needs of the Half and Full Marathon Training Program participants, anything can happen to a pace leader.
