About This Activity

The East Ave Grocery Run is about fitness, family fun, and food for all!

Your entry fee will help provide food for Rochester-area families in need. Events include: our 5K brought to you by Wegmans & Constellation Brands and our Marathon Financial Family Mile. Runners and walkers are welcomed in both events. Last year our participants ranged from age 4 to 84!

The SMP Boogie for Broccoli Children's Fun Runs are FREE and do not require advance registration.

Our flat, fast course starts and finishes on fall foliage-framed East Avenue and our post-race feast features specialties from generous local sponsors including Juan and Maria's Empanadas, Java's and Balsam Bagels.

Bring non-perishable food items for the Food Drive in Memory of Foodlink Founder Tom Ferraro and get raffle tickets for fabulous prizes.

Help us raise even more money to support local hunger programs by setting up a fundraising page! Or join a team raising money for your favorite food pantry or meal program.  You can join a fundraiser team  or create a new one while  you register!!

Pre-registration information: $25 for 5K and $20 for 1-mile race if registered by November 2nd and $30/$25 if registered on race day.
