About This Activity
Boston Qualify: This program is applicable to those who aspire to be a 2015 Boston Qualifier and those who already may be at this level but may be running a different spring marathon. Or just want to train with us over this spring.
Current fitness level: recent graduate of the half marathon training program or has a current weekly mileage of 20-25 miles is recommend before entering any of the above marathon training programs.
Commitment: 14 weeks, training sessions are held in the spring, summer, and fall.
Coached Workouts occur:
Tuesday 6AM workout
Thursday 6PM tempo speed workout
Saturday 7:30AM long run
This program will include:
3 weekly coached organized coached training runs; weekly motivational and educational emails; a detailed weekly/daily training plan; online training tool to record your training and to allow feedback from coaches; online training group support via Facebook; clinics on: nutrition, injury prevention, and onsite injury assessments; paced Saturday long runs; orientation; kickoff baseline workout; post-race celebration; coupon booklet of savings; and training technical top.
