About This Activity

This 5 week functional strength program is for athletes looking to mix it up a bit and add some strength training to their routine! It is for athletes of ALL abilities—women encouraged!!! You can push yourself as hard as YOU want. We will set up circuits and stations and engage in a number of high energy exercises.
