About This Activity

Program Description:

Over the next 7 weeks we will introduce track workouts designed to condition participants to run their optimum paces for various race distances and to develop their physical capability, running economy and speed at any race distance and conserve those carbohydrates that will delay hitting the wall in a marathon.

The following 6 weeks we will hit the hills!
