About This Activity
Something new for the beginner Tri-athlete. Challenge yourself with our Indoor Triathlon. Swim for 10 minutes, Bike for 20 minutes, and Run for 15 minutes. You can race together with up to 3 of your friends. Registration includes a t-shirt and recovery nutrition.
Event details and schedule
Event runs from 1pm-4pm. A specific start time will be given to you prior to the event.
Bring a swimming suit, towel, and tennis shoes. Bikes will be provided (stationary spin).
