You’ll need endurance, stamina and quick wit to survive this 5K - your life depends on it!
Join us on Saturday, October 8th for Zombie Run, where you’re not only racing the clock; you’re also racing from blood thirsty, flesh eating, brain sucking ZOMBIES.

How It Works:
Your primary goal is simple – don’t die! Your secondary goal is to cross the finish line in our zombie infested 5K race.
Before the race you will be given 3 flags that will be worn with one flag on each hip and one flag on your lower back. These flags represent your lives. It is your goal to finish the race with at least 1 life flag. It is the zombies goal to take all of your lives and maybe a limb or two. Just like in a video game, once all 3 of your lives are gone, you “die”; which means:
1. You must suffer the shame & embarrassment of knowing that you are not fit enough to survive a real zombie apocalypse.
2. You will not be eligible for awards and prizes.
In the event you lose all three lives, you will still be able to complete the course and receive an official Zombie Run 5K finishers medal.
Regardless of race outcome, all participants and spectators are invited to the post-race Survival Bash and Snack Buffet at the North Woods Picnic Grove.
Survival Bash Snack Buffet Includes: assorted fruit, bagels, cookie, beverages and one beer coupon for all racers 21+ with valid ID.
Schedule of Events:
Registration: 8:00am
Race Start: 10:00am
Survival Bash: 11:30am
Team Registration:
Increase your chance of survival by competing as a team. Grab your friends (or foes) and see if there really is safety in numbers. Special discounts apply to teams of 10 or more who collectively raise a minimum of $300 in charitable donations to benefit the American Red Cross.

Additional Information:
Registration will close at 11:59pm on October 7. We will not be offering walk-up registration during event.
T-shirts and sizes are guaranteed when you register before September 15. T-shirt availability and sizes may be limited or unavailable for registrations received on or after September 15.
This race is intense and not recommended for anyone under 12. Jogging strollers are not permitted.
