dt+n OFFICIAL COACH of IRONMAN® 70.3® PRINCETON Camp DATE/S: August 15th thru August 17th
dt+n is pleased to announce a training camp which is designed to prepare triathletes, participating in IRONMAN® 70.3® Princeton on September 21, 2014, for a successful finish.
The camp will focus on familiarizing the IRONMAN® 70.3® Princeton course to perspective athletes. The camp will include group swim sessions (open water or pool TBD), a fully supported training on the actual bike and run courses, and presentations on training & nutrition topics specific to IRONMAN® 70.3® race success. The camp is scheduled to ensure you have adequate time for recovery and even application of training to prior event/s leading up to IRONMAN® 70.3® Princeton. Therefore, we encourage athletes racing Princeton or other events to participate in the camp. Both will benefit greatly from the knowledge and training shared.

Friday: Registration, Packet Pick-Up,Last Minute Bike Maintenance, Camp Welcome and Weekend Overview including Presentations. Location: Hart’s Cyclery in Pennington, NJ.
Saturday: Small Group Pool Workout or 1.2 mile Open Water Supported Swim(weather permitting), 56 mile Bike Ride/:30 min bricked run. Luncheon with Round Table Discussion, Sponsor Giveaways and More.
All workouts will be supported. Each workout will begin with a brief discussion of goals/objectives to be obtained and conclude with a roundtable discussion of the day’s actual performance/s. Thus, allowing each athlete to gain the most from their and their fellow camper’s experience.
$345- per dt+n athlete
$395- per non dt+n athlete

Not included in camp fee: lodging costs, meals, transportation to/from training sights.
All participants of the camp will receive presentation information, training nutrition, training course support, sponsor giveaways, group dinner/snacks, and pool fees. Not included: lodging costs, meals, transportation to/from camp and training locations. We will do our best to accommodate all out-of-town guests with carpooling options.
