First Annual ASK 5K

Saturday, October 27th
at the
Chase Field Track at the Port Jervis High School
Check-in Begins at 7:00—Race Starts at 9:00

All Registrations Must Be Received By October 19th

All children must be accompanied by an adult—adult need not race.

Registration Must Be Completed for EACH Participant.
