About This Activity

Join us on October 21st  as we kick off the new enrollment year with a Color Me Green 4-H 5K and mini dash in Plymouth! Get ready for a fun new year in the 4-H program! Walkers and runners of all age groups welcome! Bring the whole family to get splashed with color as you participate!

Registration for the event is based on age. Adults are $15 and Youth are $10! The first 50 are guaranteed a t-shirt and sunglasses. If you register by October 6th, we will put our best effort forth to get you a t-shirt as well!

Course: 5K (3.1 miles) Start and end at Hoosier Old Wheels in Plymouth Park. The race will use the Greenway Trails. The trails will be marked for everyone to follow the correct path. 1660 N. Michigan Street, Plymouth, IN 46563

 Entry Fees:    Individual Pre-Registration – Adult: $15 and Youth $10 by October 6th, 2017

                        Individual Regular Registration – Adult $20 and Youth $15 after October 6th, 2017

                        Mini Dash – All Mini Dash participants are free (must be 7 and under)

Race occurs rain or shine. All entries are non-refundable. Checks should be sent to Purdue University Cooperative Extension Service: 112 W. Jefferson St. Rm. 304, Plymouth, IN 46563

Prizes: There will be 4 groups for awards - 19 & over Male, 19 & over Female, 18 & under Male, 18 & under Female. Plus a team award, bring the largest group and you could win the team division!

Each group breakdown will have 3 divisions.

  • 1D WINNER = Fastest time
  • 2D WINNER = Fastest time plus 15 minutes 
  • 3D WINNER = Fastest time plus 30 minutes

That will give runners, run/walkers, and walkers all a chance to get an award.

Youth dash is a 50 meter dash for youth that are 7 and under, with prizes to all.
