About This Activity
This 2 hour clinic addresses one of the most overlooked aspects of endurance sports - Mental Skills. The participants will learn goal setting, positive self talk, visualization and imagery and other skills.
Clinic will include:
Psychological profile assessment
Practice preparing a mental skills plan
Event schedule and times
Clinic runs from 2-4pm at the Triple Threat Tough office. Clinic will begin promptly at 2pm so please arrive with plenty of time to find a seat.
