About This Activity
On March 28, 2015 the first “DGMF Freedom from Violence Walk” will begin & end at Hermosa Park on 20th Street and Southern. Upon the completion of the walk we will host the “Stand Up For Right Block Party” where there will be live entertainment, food, information/vendor booths, speakers, a Bounce House, Cotton Candy, Popcorn, & Games. We encourage your participation and donations as this event is an opportunity to give back to the community and help in our efforts to "Steer youth from Violence to change a generation!" All proceeds benefit the DGMF E.M.P.L.O.Y. Youth & Mothers of Murdered Children Programs and House of H.E.L.P.S. Community & Worship Center.
