Heartfelt Fun & Run

Heartfelt Help Foundation is hosting our second annual virtual 5k!  Hike, bike, run, walk, swim or dance!  However you move, move with us and raise needed funds to help heart transplant recipients here in Northern California with relocation expenses that insurance doesn't cover.  Housing is a huge expense, and beginning your recovery in a place that feels like home is vital to the success of a patients recovery.  Patients who don't actually live within a short drive of their transplant hospital will be required to relocate for a minimum of 6 weeks and up to 4 months or more.  Without sufficient funding, lifesaving transplants can be delayed, and any delay can be life threatening.  Heartfelt Help Foundation steps in to help both source and  pay for this housing, which helps to alleviate the stress for the patient and their family about the potential for financial devastation that can accompany these costs.  Join us today from where ever you are and lets run or walk or hike for these worthy patients!
