About This Activity

The Dirty Trail Race Series, presented by Salomon, is a short trail race series for Northeast Ohio. The Series features races from 5k to half marathon distances in some of the best parks of Northeast Ohio.

The Flirt with Dirt takes place at the Oak Hill Trail System of the CVNP. Oak Hill is a favorite among trail runners due to the diversity of terrain. The 10k course starts off fast as you run down into the valley on rooted trails filled with twists and turns. Then you get to switch gears and climb a long hill on an old drive before it flattens back out to the finish.

Additional information is available on the Western Reserve Racing website

Additional Information Due to the Pandemic:

  • You will be assigned a start time based on your predicted finish time.  The fastest predicted times will go first to minimize the amount of passing.
  • Wave starts in groups of 20 (socially distanced) spaced three minutes apart between 9:00AM and 10:00AM.
  • We prefer you to pickup your bib at Vertical Runner Hudson or Brecksville starting on the Saturday prior to the race during store hours. We will have limited race day packet pickup.Maintain social distance from others when not running.
