Cool Summer 5K Series, July 15

The annual Cool Summer 5K Series is a celebration of summertime. Summer is the season that we work hard for and anticipate so we can spend time with our loved ones and create precious memories. The Cool Summer 5K Series is a run/walk course through beautiful St. Andrews State Park – one of Panama City Beach’s most beloved destinations. St. Andrews State Park is located on the east end of Historic Grand Lagoon nestled around St. Andrews Bay and the pass to the Gulf of Mexico. You will be in awe by the sugar white sand dunes, marsh lands, wildlife and proximity to the main waterways of Panama City Beach. The course is paved and water stations are available. Timing is old school with a race clock; your finish time is only for you to know and share with those you choose to tell. Every participant will receive the 2015 Cool Summer 5K t-shirt, finisher medal and a swag bag loaded with local goodness. The Cool Summer 5K Series will help to benefit three local charities, the George Angelo Butchikas Foundation for Autism, Beach Care Services and the Friends of St. Andrews State Park. The Cool Summer 5K Series is every Wednesday beginning June 17 – August 12 at 7:30 a.m. (excluding Wednesday, July 1^st). Event details and schedule

The Cool Summer 5K Series is every Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. beginning June 17 – August 12, (excluding Wednesday, July 1^st).   The start time is 7:30 a.m. with a start/finish at the Jetties Parking Lot of St. Andrews State Park, located on the east end of Panama City Beach. Pre-race registration is open at 6:30 a.m. Entry fee is $30, helping to benefit three local charities, the George Angelo Butchikas Foundation for Autism, Beach Care Services and the Friends of St. Andrews State Park.
