The Palouse River Duathlon has added a 10 mile run event this year! Participants can choose to take part individually or as 2 or 3 person teams for 2 miles, bike 10 miles, run 2 more miles in the beautiful Palouse country on multi-surfaces. OR participants can choose to run the bike route along the beautiful Palouse River for 10 miles, primarily on gravel. It is the second Saturday in June, and begins and ends at the scenic Palouse City Park on the west end of Main Street. Registration opens at 7:30 am. Pre-race meeting 8:30 am and the race begins at 9 AM sharp.
The event includes a post-race free pasta meal and awards for top 3 in each age and team division. T-shirt is included in the race fee.
Early registration ends on May 27 when prices increase $5.
The Palouse River Duathlon and 10 Mile Run is a favorite for those who love the great outdoors and rural setting. Youth from our area help set up and promote this race and 100% of all proceeds go to GarPal Young Life kids to help them get to summer camp.

Registration opens at 7:30 am at the Palouse City Park, west end of Main Street. Parking is available north and west of the park. Participants will be required to read and sign the race rules and waiver of liability form prior to the race.

Duathlon: The 2 mile run course (same for both legs) is multi-surfaced pavement, gravel, dirt path and grass. The 10 mile bike course is primarily gravel roads (road bikes NOT advised).
10 Mile Run: Same course as the bike portion of the duathlon, with pavement and primarily gravel rural roads.
Tshirt is included with the registration. Awards go to the top 3 in each division and a free post-race pasta meal is included.
Registration prices increase $5 after May 27. Students (including college) price is $10 off per person. Race day entries are welcome.
