The RED CARPET RUN is a fun-filled race with a course that takes you by some of the many homes of Hollywood icons that owned Palm Springs hideaways. Dress up for this race in your favorite prom dress, evening gown, tuxedo or just the bow tie and silk boxers. Don't have any of your dress clothes handy? Entry fee includes a tutu and tiara for the females and tuxedo t-shirt for the guys. Just add your running shoes and you're set to go! There will be entertainment all the route as well as many paparazzi and autograph hounds hunting down our celebrity participants. Dress up as a Hollywood icon and compete for special trophies for the top three female, male and pet celebrity loo a likes.

WHAT: a glitzy fun run beginning and ending on the red carpet! Runners, walkers, strollers and doggies welcome!

WHEN: Saturday morning, January 3, 2015- start your first Saturday of the new year out right with a healthy run/walk through beautiful Palm Springs! Start time 8AM.

WHO: Come one-come all-runners, walkers, strollers, doggies! Strut your famous alter ego in this great fun run benefiting the P.S Marathon Runners -Partnering So More CAN Run. We are an inclusive team encouraging children and adults with physical, mental or emotional challenges to gain social and physical activity in a safe, nurturing and encouraging environment. EARLY REGISTRATION: register on-line or by mail through December 29, 2014. Late registration available at packet pick-up, Friday, January 2nd from 11AM - 5PM at RUNNING WILD 611 S. Palm Canyon, Palm Springs Or race morning, on site at the American Legion Post 400 North Belardo Rd. Palm Springs -one block west of Palm Canyon Beginning at 6:30AM.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:  tutu and tiara for the ladies or tuxedo t-shirt for the gentlemen, goodie bag, sparkling finisher medal, free photo downloads and finish line snacks.

AWARDS: Oscar trophies presented to top 3 male and female and challenged athletes. Finisher medals for all! Awards presented 3 deep in 5 year age groups through 85+. Trophies presented to the top 3 Hollywood costumes for adults, children and canines.
