About This Activity

Join the Scott Carter Foundation for our 4th Annual trip to Florida to participate in the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend!  All money raised will go toward finding a cure for childhood cancers!  

SCF requires a commitment to fundraising to maximize the funding going directly to children's cancer research.  The benefits to our fundraisers include, but are not limited to:

Corral and Bib Assignment

If a runner is seen without their bib number while running on the course, they will be removed from the course for security and safety reasons.

Please remember to fill out the Emergency Medical Information on the back of the bib number.

The letter on your race number will determine your assigned corral. Letters are assigned based on your estimated finishing time.

Each runner will be issued a race bib at Packet Pick-Up. It is the responsibility of the runner to wear the bib during the race.

Waivers

Waivers will be provided on line approximately two weeks before the race.

You must have your signed waiver and a Photo ID with you to pick up your race packet.

A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the waiver for any participant under 18 years old.  No exceptions will be made.

Registration Policy

Entry for The Walt Disney World® Marathon Events, Commemorative Items, or any other Walt Disney World® Marathon Weekend related purchases are non-refundable.

All races are non-transferable from participant to participant.

All races are subject to capacity limits and may close at any time.

Eligibility

Participants for Walt Disney World® Marathon, Goofy's Race and a Half Challenge and Dopey Challenge must be 18 years of age or older.

Participants for Walt Disney World® Half Marathon must be 14 years of age or older.

Participants for Walt Disney World® 10K must be 10 years of age or older.

All ages are welcome to compete in the Disney Family Fun Run 5K.

Children 13 and under can participate in the Mickey Mile. Other runDisney Kids Race distances are determined by age group.

For everyone's safety, baby joggers, strollers, baby carriers, baby backpacks, inline skates, motorized scooters, bicycles, skateboards, canes, crutches, walkers, walking sticks and animals of any kind are prohibited from the course. Violators will be removed from the course and transported to the finish line area.
