About This Activity

EVENT DESCRIPTION: Swim segment will be held at the Nash Recreation Center Indoor Pool. Biking and running courses will loop through the community and the surrounding areas.  This is a great event for beginners and experienced athletes. 

Event details and schedule

REGISTRATION FEE: $35 per person or $70 per team (2-3 people).  Entry forms may be dropped off or mailed to Nash Recreation Center.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Registration Deadline is Wednesday, July 13th, 2016 to be guaranteed a shirt.  Registration will be accepted through July 27th or first 200 people.

ENTRY FEE INCLUDES: Dri-fit Shirt, awards for top finishers, shower facilities, water on the course and post-race refreshments.

AWARDS: Overall male and female finishers receive awards. Awards to top three male and female participants in each age category: 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+. Awards will be presented at 10:00 am. Participants will be allowed to finish if not done at this point.

TEAMS: Teams consist of 2-3 people. Awards will be given to the top three teams.

RESULTS: Results will be posted at www.tri-3events.com.

PRE-RACE DAY PACKET PICK UP: Participants may pick up their race day packet on Thursday, July 28th from 5:00 – 9:00 pm or Friday, July 29th from 5:30 am - 9 pm at Nash Recreation Center. Packets can also be picked up the morning of the race.  

RACE DAY CHECK IN: Check in will begin at 6:00 am. All   participants must check in no later than 7:00 am. (even if packet is already picked up) The transition area will be closed at 7:15 am and announcements will be made before the race begins promptly at 7:30 am.   Participants will line up in number order . The pool will be open for warm up from 6:15-7:10 am.
