About This Activity
Kaia FIT Orangevale BRIK Boot Camp sessions offer great results in weight loss, body fat loss, increase strength and stamina; they also increase endurance and build confidence. We call them BRIK because each one builds upon the other. Endurance athletes, just like Kaia girls, train in order to increase endurance, strength and flexibility. We gradually add on to skills that were learned and perfected during the previous BRIK to increase our overall fitness. Each Kaia exercise has three levels: Balance, Strength & Kaia, and as you complete more BRIKs, you will increase your abilities and move up a level for each different exercise.
During the BRIK Boot Camp, we do physical assessments at the beginning to find out where you are so you and the Kaia Koaches have a starting point. Another physical assessment is done at the midpoint of the 6 weeks to show your progress and then again at the end to document your outstanding fitness results. Because weight loss is 80 percent nutrition and 20 percent exercise, we offer a nutritional plan with koaching during the BRIK. Kaia offers 3 levels of nutritional guidance to meet everyone’s needs: Balance (you’re happy with your fitness, but want to fuel for performance), Strength (you want to boost your health and fitness) & Kaia (you are ready for a change and would like to lose weight and inches). To help with the nutritional guidance, we offer tools, such as shopping lists, a guided shopping tour at the local grocery store and the Kaia Kafe, which is a weekly webinar.
Our BRIK Boot Camp always ends with a big celebration. Awards are handed out at the end of the 6 weeks to the Kaia Queen (most weight loss), Kaia Cinch (most inches lost), Kaia FIT (most body fat lost) and Kaia Mile (fastest timed mile), along with perfect attendance and many more.
