About This Activity
Welcome to nutrition! In Nutrition 101, we will explore the components of food and how your body uses them for energy. Learn about what to eat, why to eat it, and how to get the most from the foods you eat. We will explore some alternatives that you can use for day-to-day life, from breakfast to packed lunch to dinner and snacks. There will be time for questions and answers and the part 2, Nutrition 102 will be the following week, June 6. You can sign up for both classes and save $10! Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have about this clinic.

Please arrive on time for the clinic. Parking is available along the street and at Percival Landing. Bring your appetite for snacks and get ready to learn! handouts provided.
