About This Activity
It's January and that likely means that you have goals all set up for your 2014! If your goals are to dive head first into something active (a half marathon, a marathon, a duathlon, the Seattle to Portland bike ride, a triathlon, etc.), a big factor will be eating to properly to fuel that activity. Even if you are an activity veteran, you may want nutritional help for maximum performance. The Fueling Your Activity clinic will help you learn about basic nutrition for enthusiast athletes. Learning from a NAF...C Certified Nutrition Coach which foods to eat at which points of your training will help your body to reach a more responsive training level. Join me for a 2 hour clinic on Fueling Your Activities. Your fee includes a few samples of various real foods for pre-workout, during workout, and post-workout foods (with an emphasis on gluten free foods), as well as a booklet to remind you of the covered points as you near your event in later months. Late registration on and after 01/22/14 is $35.00.
