Good Form Running 2
Challenge yourself with the next step to mastering Good Form Running. Learn to run easier, faster and healthier, just in time for your spring training! GFR 2 includes individual and group coaching, expert video analysis, in-depth instruction and drilling of the simple steps of Good Form Running, over 4 hours of expert instruction, a coached group run, tips, techniques and training tools, and email and video follow up after each session. The goal of this class is for participants to demonstrate and articulate the steps of GFR in order to run healthier and easier for life.
Includes 2 sessions on the first and second Sunday of the month from 6 pm - 8:15 pm.
