About This Activity

Introduction to Good Form Movement 

In this introductory class we will educate you on 5 common running/walking injuries including a description of the injury, symptoms, and causes. Additionally, we will demonstrate and practice dynamic and static stretches and differentiate between the two. Finally, we will demonstrate and practice strengthening exercises for core, gluteals, upper leg, lower leg, ankle, and foot exercises.
