One session per participant. Runners yoga features poses that target most runners problem areas.
Not a yogi? Come and run at 8am for a 5K fun run/walk
Want to do both? Sign up for the run at 8am and yoga at 9am.
Yoga sessions are limited to 25 people each session. Fun Run limited to 250.
