Most of the proceeds will go towards Polio Plus and the remain will go toward  local projects.
Polio Plus : Polio is a crippling and potential fatal infectious disease that still strikes children mainly under age 5 in Asia, Africa and the Middle East. It can paralyze and sometimes cause death. There is not a cure for Polio but it can be prevented with vaccine. Rotary International’s Polio Plus goal is to help eradicate Polio worldwide. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has given $355 million to Rotary towards Polio Plus, of which Rotary will match $200 million thereby giving a total of $555 million toward Polio eradication.
