Marathon’s comprehensive youth exercise programs are designed by Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Strength & Conditioning Specialists, and Health & Wellness Instructors. Our goal is to raise awareness and education for injury reduction and enhancement of athletic performance. Our programs highlight how playing safe and smart can enhance and extend a child’s athletic career, improve teamwork, reduce obesity and create a lifelong love of exercise and healthy activities. Our mission is keeping you well throughout the race of life.
Marathon's Summer Perfomance Enhancement Camp sessions include dynamic warmup, movement preparation and corrective exercises, plyometrics, strenth, power, agility, and conditioning training. Sessions last 1-1.5 hours and all participants are encouraged to bring water and post-workout snack.
