About This Activity

On Sunday, Nov. 9, the Greater New Haven Rotaract Club will hold its third annual 5k Road Race & Fun Run. This run’s primary purpose is to raise awareness for childhood obesity. A majority of proceeds will benefit local charitable funds which help underprivileged children participate in youth sports. Additionally, a portion of proceeds from this event will go towards a donation to the local food bank.

Event details and schedule

The road race and fun run take place on neighborhood streets around the North Haven Middle School. The roads are mostly flat, with no major hills.

Regsitration begins at 8 a.m. The 1-mile fun run begins at 9:30 a.m. The road race kicks off at 10 a.m.

After the race, The North Haven Rotary Club will hold its annual pancake breakfast onsite in the North Haven Middle School cafeteria.
