About This Activity

10 Fitness Events in a 10k Trail Run.  Fitness events include completing a set # of Dumbbell, Rope, Box, Suspension, and Body Weight exercises before moving on to the next.  Complete a military style Obstacle Course (event #10) before running the final 5k trail run.  Open to all levels of fitness with 3 divisions: Competitve, Completion, and Relay Teams.  Enjoy a cold beer at the family friendly after party to support charity.
