The kickoff of the day will be a 5K race through the village of Sheepscot. The course is measured and timed for folks the want to race, but we encourage anyone to join along as a fun run.

Water and aid stations will be provided. Snacks and drinks will be provided before and after the race. There will be traffic on the roads during the race.Course map at this link
