About This Activity
Swim - 10 minutes in 25 yard pool,
Cycle - 25 minutes on spin bike,
Run - 3K outdoor run
Entrants who register before March 13 will receive a T shirt.
Event schedule and times
First wave starts at 8:00AM, following waves start every 30 minutes.Points awarded based on % of "goal" distance covered for each leg. Bike leg points are double weighted. Participant with most points wins.
