Looking to get stronger and move better?
Ever thought of adding kettlebells or TRX to your workout, but maybe weren't quite sure how to use them?
Studies show that when women strength train, they reap many health benefits such as stronger bones, healthier hearts, and getting a more toned look. Not to mention that it's fun to workout with others!
Our Women & Weights series will deliver just that. A fun group workout, instruction on proper technique, and all the health benefits that go with it.
Class is limited to 8 people. Members and non-members are welcome.
