About This Activity

The 27th annual Tiger Run is scheduled for Sunday, March 30th , 2013 at 9:00 am at “The Fly” in Audubon Park in New Orleans.  Note that this is the weekend of Family Day and the Camp Tiger Auction.  Tiger Run is a 5K Run/Walk organized by the LSU Health Sciences Center School of Medicine.  Race Day activities include an exciting race along the Mississippi River and a post-race party with complementary food and drink provided by generous benefactors from the community.   Proceeds from Tiger Run benefit charitable projects organized by our medical students, including the LSU School of Medicine student-run homeless clinics.  We are proud to say that LSU medical students have operated these clinics for over 20 years.

If you would like to register for Tiger Run please return the detachable portion of this form.  Registration costs $15 for students and $20 for non-students and includes the race t-shirt.  You may also purchase a t-shirt without registering for the race at a cost of $15 each.  Entry forms must be received by Friday, March 28.  Late registration will also be held the morning of the race starting at 7:00am.  If you have any questions, please e-mail us at
