Nashville’s Metro Water Services, the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation (TDEC), and the Tennessee Stormwater Association(TNSA) have teamed up together once again to host the Urban Runoff 5k run in Nashville. The run begins at the Centennial Park and weaves its way past several cool and innovative green stormwater management practices.
A portion of the net proceeds will go to the Tennessee Stormwater Association (TNSA) to continue to offer this healthy and fun public educational opportunity each year and assist local governments that promote water quality health awareness & local clean water efforts. Additionally, two (2) grants of $750.00 will be given for water quality improvement projects. Please visit the race website for more details.
The race is chip-timed with course certification through USATF!
