Join us for an hour of fitness fun for ALL LEVELS. Each class will have an Insanity & PiYo workout (30 minutes each). INSANITY is a revolutionary cardio-based total-body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. INSANITY is a predesigned interval class that requires no equipment & is easy to learn. PiYo™ is a unique class designed to build strength & gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that’s fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability. Fee: $5 drop-in per person per class. Bring: water & yoga mat.
