About This Activity
This event is setup and organized for runners who like to train and race outside during the tough winter months. If you are intimidated by ice, snow, wind or mud this race is not for you.

All races will begin at the same time. All runners will start within the city limits making their way out onto the beautiful Isabella county roads. This is the 10th year the event has been hosted.  Runners will recieve awards based on each races theme.

2017 Winter Warrior Race Dates:
Snowmans event: Sunday, January 21st, 2018
IceCube event: Sunday, February 18th, 2018
MudDog event: Sunday, March 11th, 2018

Race Entry Gift:
Snowmans event: Snowman race theme hat and race themed pint glass
IceCube event: IceCube race theme gloves and race themed pint glass
MudDog event: Muddog race theme hoody and race themed pint glass

Post Race Food: (Choose 1)
Bagel and Coffee @ Big Apple Bagel
Beverage of choice or $3 off meal @ O'Kellys Sports Bar & Grille

NEW!!!!     Half Marathon Finisher swag:
Half marathon finishers will receive a race themed finisher medals!!!  Each race will be a different medal.  Finish and collect all 3 to show everyone that you are an Ultimate Winter Warrior!!!

Age Group Awards:
Top 3 in each age group of each distance will receive awards.

16&Under 17-22 23-28 29-34 35-40 41-46 47-52 53-58 59-64 65&Up

Event schedule and times

Start Time:
All races start at 9:00 am

Awards Ceremony:
Noonish @ O'Kellys Sports Bar and Grille

Finish Line/Timing:
The finish line will remain open until 12:30 PM.  After 3.5 hours the course and finish line will be closed.  If you feel that you can't complete your half in 3.5 hours (16 min. pace) then please make sure to notify a race official before starting and come prepared with a way of getting your own time.  Times over 3.5 hours can be added to the results by emailing them to the race director.
