About This Activity
NEW THIS SUMMER! Can't make it to our camps this summer? By popular request, we have added several 6 week evening track and fitness sessions starting Monday June 30, 2014. They will start throughout the summer. There is always one for another athlete to join us! For athletes age 3-14. All skill levels welcome. Age appropriate equipment and skill stations. Training in sprints, jumps, hurdles and high jump. Trail runs and obstacles courses, too! Join the fitness fun! 6:30-7:30pm. Includes t-shirt.
