About This Activity

Join us on Saturday October 25, 2014 for a day of live classic rock music, food and fun to help raise money and awareness for the Patricia D. and M. Scot Kaufman Cancer Center at UM Upper Chesapeake Health. The Meteor Music Festival and Barn Dance is an annual charity event designed to benefit cancer research and treatment and is hosted at one of Monkton's most beautiful farms.

This year's artists will include David Tieff from the Golden Road, one of the best Grateful Dead tribute bands on the East Coast, Sweet Leda, a funky classic soul rock band and several other artists. The festival is a great day filled with food, beer and classic rock music.

This is a private event and all guests must be registered in advance to attend. To register for this event, make a donation to the Kaufman Cancer Center. There is no minimum or limit to your donation, but to maximize the fundraising we are seeking to average at least a $50 donation from each guest. Once you have registered, your name will be added to the guest list and you will be emailed the farm address and event info.
