Calling all Autism Heroes! Join us for the 18th annual Steps of Hope for Autism in Minnesota, a community fundraiser featuring the state’s largest annual autism resource fair and the AuSM Flash Dash, an all ages and abilities quick walk that will be done in a flash. Steps of Hope will be held at Southdale Center from 8:30-11 a.m. on Sunday, March 4, 2018. 100% of dollars raised through Steps of Hope are tax deductible, stay local, and support programs and services that allow people affected by autism in Minnesota to grow and thrive. It’s easy to be an Autism Hero:
1. Assemble your AuSM fundraising team (friends, family, teachers, co-workers, everyone in your network!). 2. Register and create your fundraising page on this site. Make sure you add the AuSM Flash Dash on to your registration! 3. Collect donations in support of AuSM’s programs and services. 4. Join us at Steps of Hope on March 4, 2018 for the autism resource fair, the Flash Dash, and many fun activities.
Fundraisers will receive one FREE limited edition Love Your Melon beanie for every $125 fundraised. Show your AuSM pride with this unique cap!
Love Your Melon AuSM beanies are limited edition and will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Participants may earn one Love Your Melon AuSM beanie for raising $125. Once AuSM receives the $125, either by credit card, cash, or check, a beanie will be reserved in that individual’s name. Earned beanies will be available for pick up at Steps of Hope 2018.
There is a five Love Your Melon AuSM beanie limit per team. If you raise $125 or more and prefer not to receive a beanie, please let AuSM know and that beanie will then be available for another fundraiser. When the Love Your Melon AuSM beanie supply is gone, fundraisers raising $125 will earn a Steps of Hope 2018 T-shirt.
