Paying participants will received Run T-Shirts, American Flag & American Legion pins, literature available from the American Legion and all event sponsors with Timing Bibs for actuate times.
Water, refreshments, food staples will be available before pre-run registration and the ceremony to Honor our Nation, Troops, Veterans and the Fallen Heroes before the Run.
Run/Walk assembly area be held at the American Legion Outdoor Pavilion with a start time of 7:00am for "day of run" registrations, pre-registration check in, T-Shirt and Timing Bid distribution and muster for event opening ceremony to be held at 8:00am / 8:15am
Run/Walk begins at 8:30am from start location at Milltown Borough Park, 1,500 LF from Pavilion.
Directions for the route of the Run are attached on the following sheet. Police and event volunteers will be available before, during and after the Run/Walk for assistance.
The route of this 5K is the same as the Knights of Columbus Milltown 4th of July 5K held every year on the 4th of July, before the Milltown Parade and Town Day @ Borough Park.
This route is certified by the Road Running Technical Council / USA Track and Field.
The top three finishers of each age group, male/female will receive 1st, 2nd or 3rd place American Legion - Follow Me 5K medallions.
