About This Activity

The 7th Annual Milford Trick or Trot 5K Run/Walk to benefit The Beth-El Center in Milford, CT will take place on Saturday, October 27. The event is sponsored by the law firm of Harlow, Adams, and Friedman, P.C. and Sikorsky Credit Union.

All abilities and ages are welcome to join in the fun.  Gather a group of friends, family or co-workers, dress up in your favorite Halloween costume and enjoy a leisurely walk or envigorating run through the landscapes of Milford. Our course is scenic and has some great water views! 

PLEASE Register ahead of time to guarantee a shirt and size.  Registration is $27 and includes a shirt for all pre reg by Oct 12 (after that as available). Registration closes 10/24 at 8pm. Registration is closed 10/25-10/26. Registration reopens at 7:30am on event day 10/27 and is $30. Our event is at Lisman Landing, 37 Helwig Street, Milford.  The 5K Run & Walk is computer timed and starts at 9:00 a.m.  The 3.1mi course is a scenic route through the back roads near Milford Harbor and Fort Trumbull Beach, returning to Lisman Landing.
The free kids run starts at 8:40am.

Breakfast /snacks and fluid will be provided after you finish.   

We are pleased to announce that the 'CHIPS' Pancake Truck will be part of our post event feast. Don't miss this award winning treat!

Prizes will be awarded for best individual and team Halloween costumes.  Trophies, medals and awards ate given to the overall male & female winners as well as to the first, second and third place finishers of the race by age group. (9& under, 10-13,14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+ (and even 90).

Once again our house band - "The Elwoods" - will be playing at Lisman Landing, to add a little rock n' blues rhythm to the Milford Trick or Trot festivities
