About This Activity
Spring is here and it is the perfect time to enjoy outdoor activities to continue your healthy lifestyle! Join us for a fun event for a great cause, The Spring Into Health 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Kids Fun Run. Presented by the Statesboro Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, this event will raise money to benefit Communities in Schools of Candler County, a dropout prevention organization which provides the Candler County School System with the needed resources to help students successfully learn, stay in school, and prepare for life. Proceeds will also benefit the scholarships and community service programs of the Sorority within our five-county service area. The Statesboro Alumnae Chapter service area includes Bulloch, Candler, Evans, Screven, and Emanuel counties.
