About This Activity

Welcome to the seventh annual Greater Nashua Sprint Triathlon presented by the YMCA of Greater Nashua and The Center for Physical Therapy and Exercise. Whether you’re a first time triathlete or a veteran you will enjoy our clean lake, rolling hills, smooth run, as well as our hospitality and convenient race venue. You will also be racing to support local children's charities.

Many athletes will have their friends and families at the race cheering them on. This support is an important part of the race. We will have activities for the kids and food vendors at the race for your “support crew”. Come join in the fun!

Event details and schedule

Race Start

Race Summary
The 0.3 mile triangular swim will take place in picturesque Lake Naticook which is a small freshwater lake. Previous years temps have been in the low 70's. The Goodale's 9.6 mile bike route is relatively flat and follows a roughly clockwise lollipop route. The race finishes with a 3.1 mile run which exits the Camp going west and follows a relatively flat loop that returns to the race finish area. Maps and specifics are available on our website at

A Race to Benefit Local Children
This event is a fundraiser for two very worthy children's charities: the Child Advocacy Center of Hillsborough County: Protecting child victims of crime, one voice at a time; and the YMCA Annual Campaign: Providing scholarships to local children and families in need. Thank you for your support of our local charities!

Most Family Friendly Race in the Area!
Families rave year after year how family friendly our race is! Enjoy bringing the entire family to cheer on your athletes - Jake's ice cream, food vendors, bounce houses, clowns, and plenty of entertainment will be provided during the race!
