Bench Press to earn up to 10 minutes head start for your 5K run or simply run a 5K race & chase the runners who benched.

BENCH PRESS - April 6th from 7am to 8:30am (weight room under bleachers at JTO Stadium)

5K Chase (run) - April 6th at 9am (start and ends at JTO Stadium; course is same as Friday Night Lights)
