About This Activity

An event that is different from your average road race.  Two distances to choose from:  A 1-mile course for beginner runners and a 3-mile course for more advanced runners.  Everyone participates in the 1st mile while the others finish with the 3-mile course.  Both groups participate in exercises/obstacles along the course for a bit of a challenge.  All exercises are able to be performed for all levels of athletes from the novice to the more advanced.
