About This Activity

The 23rd Annual Collin Classic Bike Rally is set to roll on Saturday, June 14th,  at 8:00 a.m. in McKinney, Tex. Catering to the serious cyclist, the weekend rider, and family riders, there is something for every level of interest at the Collin Classic.

Starting and finishing at McKinney North High School, this year’s rally offers multiple routes including a Family Fun Ride through local neighborhoods and five open-road routes from 15 to 64 miles in length. Routes are designed to maximize rider experience taking into account traffic congestion and chip-seal. The Family Ride is four miles long, covering a loop through neighborhoods. Participants may ride as many loops as they like.

Throughout each route, riders will enjoy fully-stocked rest stops and a variety of cyclist support services including law enforcement, professional medical services, SAG vehicles, roving bike mechanics, and ride guides.

All registered riders receive free refreshments at the finish line. T-shirts are guaranteed for the first 3,000 registered riders.

Proceeds from the event will benefit City House – a nonprofit agency in Collin County that has been protecting and sheltering local youth since 1988.
