The Nightmare Event 

bicycle tours are among the most challenging

Century, Double Century and Perimeter rides

on the East coast!

AND now we've added a 6-8-12-24 Hour Challenge series to this 24 HOUR BICYCLING EXTRAVAGANZA!

 *Proceeds support the Lancaster League of American Bicyclists' Lancaster County Bicycle Route Network Initiative

*The Classic (Original) Nightmare Tour

A perimeter ride of Lancaster County, PA, this ride offers 177 of the most challenging miles in the region!

*The Century Nightmare Tour

The first 100 miles of The Classic Nightmare Tour (177 miles) above, this ride finishes at the Old-World Stoudtburg Village in Adamstown, PA.  Shuttles will return you and your bike to the starting point so that you may check-in and return to your vehicles.

*The Double Century Nightmare Tour (**sanctioned by the Ultra Marathon Cycling Assn. as a part of the Ultra Cycling Cup)

This ride IS BEING REVISED for 2014 and will include The Classic Nightmare Tour route. PLEASE check back for participation instructions frequently. We will communicate to participants as well once you register.

*The Ultimate Nightmare Tour

We introduced in the 2012 Nightmare event, this ride is a combination of the 24 Hour Challenge and The Classic Nightmare Tour. Ride begins at 6:00 PM Friday 8 August. PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR PARTICIPATION INSTRUCTIONS FREQUENTLY AS WE ARE ADDING THIS UNIQUE EVENT TO OUR ACTIVITIES FOR THE DAY.

*The 6/8/12/24 Hour Challenge Nightmare Tour - NEW FOR 2014!!

Participants will ride the permanently signed Lancaster County Heritage C Bicycle Routes continuously for 6, 8,  12 OR 24 hours, accumulating as many miles as they can. There will be two start time schedules for this event, 6:00 PM Friday 8 August and 6:00 AM Saturday 9 August.  PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR PARTICIPATION INSTRUCTIONS FREQUENTLY AS WE ARE ADDING THIS UNIQUE EVENT TO OUR ACTIVITIES FOR THE DAY.
