Learn how to apply the right pedal force, improve symmetry, balance, postures and positions of the foot, knee, hip, torso, shoulder neck and head. Through accurate, controlled, effortless, and smooth movements you can learn to mold efficient motions by attention to technique.
The clinic will begin with a short lecture of pedaling technique and then a 75 minute technique workout with each movement clearly described for how to apply the forces, tension, cadence variations, foot and pedal motion and pressure.
