The Birthday Run is both a Race Music Festival and the Biggest Birthday Celebration EVER! A 5k trek with lights, lasers, party hats and lots of wonderful surprises!
Race and dance your way through the night with music carrying you every step. Your journey will take you through the brightest illuminated course to multiple neon stages, each with its own unique exhilarating party, finishing with an explosive main stage after party featuring guest performances!

STARTING LINE FESTIVAL: Come out early and enjoy the festivities. There will be plenty to keep you occupied. Live DJs will be on hand, TBR Warmers will do a pre-race warm up. Port-a-Potties will be available. Plan on lining up inside the starting area by 5:45 p.m. to help ensure a timely race start. Costume contest sign-up and judging are also at the starting area.
COSTUME CONTEST: There are prizes for all Costume Characters: The 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s Eras all have costume prizes at the Start Line Festival(individual). Children 5 and under have an Anything Goes prize for best kids costumes. Bring them in Disney, Spiderman, Batman we don’t care! Its all welcome and they get in FREE! Costume Parade at the Starting Line between 5:30p.m until Race Start! Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult in order to register. Costumes are judged in the Costume Parade at before 6 p.m. Prizes will be awarded to participants at the Starting Line.
Wear the bib with your race number on the front of your shirt.
Wear the bib throughout the entire race. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Bibs are not transferrable.
CROSSING THE FINISH LINE:
Upon crossing the finish line, you will be directed to the After Party holding area.
Once you have passed through the finish area, do not return.
Be sure to cross the finish line before 9:00 pm if you want to attend the After Party.
POST-RACE ACTIVITIES: The finish line will be along the entrance of the Official Birthday Run After Party with post-race festivities for everyone. Come join the fun! Outside the finish line, both race participants and spectators can enjoy food concessions, which will remain open late.
SAFETY: Runners, walkers, wheelchairs, family strollers only. Everything else poses a hazard to race participants on the course. Violators will be removed from the race by Security.
No bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades/skates, or roller skis are allowed on the race course.
No dogs or other pets.
Young children and Moms with strollers MUST line up at the proper location to minimize any injuries to runners. Please follow the signage at race start.
