2nd Annual Spirit Ride
Sat, Nov 15, 2014
About This Activity
Polk County wants bicyclists from everywhere to come enjoy our forested hills and valleys. This is Livingston's 2nd Annual "SPIRIT RIDE", a chance to not only enjoy the gorgeous scenery of East Texas, but to also enjoy the riches of a small East Texas community. Both experienced and beginning cyclists ride through Historic Downtown Livingston on 25-35-44 or 74 mile(100 km) routes that will take you through the rolling hills around beautiful Lake Livingston. ~Catch the spirit of the Ride~ www.SpiritRides.com
Proceeds from this event will go toward Polk County Crime Stoppers which is an organization dedicated to solving crimes in the community.
This event corresponds with Polk County's monthly Trade Days that will be held at Pedigo Park in Livingston that same day. After the ride, feel free to visit this small-town treasure trove of items not readily available in the larger metropolitan areas.
